To qualify for financing, financial institutions (MFIs) must meet the following criteria:

Gross Loan Portfolio > USD 10 million
Financial sustainability (Operational Self-Sufficiency (OSS) > 100% and Return on Assets (RoA) > 0%)
MSME financing as a key business activity
Audited Financial Statements for the last three years
Meet Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) reporting requirements at the time of investment. This includes providing current-year data on internal policies and loan portfolio and reporting annually to us for the duration of the loan.
Adhere to all local regulatory frameworks, ensuring legal and ethical business operations.
